Complaint

We USED TO frequent your Sarasota Seasons 52 twice per week until today. We decided to go next door to Cheesecake Factory with our family to celebrate a birthday. We had a reservation, we arrive, (3:25pm) for a 3:30 reservation. We tell the front staff, hostess, we are here. We wait, nothing. So I go to the hostess and again say we have a reservation. I get told ok. Background, not busy at the front. When we arrived no one even said hello. There is another 4 people waiting. They throw their hands up and walk out saying forget this. I go yo the rear of the restaurant and see that dining room is EMPTY. I go into the bar, 4 tables that I could see. So we all decide, were done and go next door to the Cheesecake Factory and were seated immediately, got served right away and now just waiting on our meal to celebrate a birthday. To have lost business because of one of (or two) due to the indifference of employees that just dont care is unacceptable! When you lose customers, you lose sales. And lost sales equalsyou guessed ita loss of profits. Depending on the severity of your customer loss, the number of profits you lose as a result could have a lasting impact on the financial health of your business. Do, Seasons 52, that group of 4 walked out, our group of 5 walked out. Not because of competition, not because of COVID, not because of bad weather, but rather because your 2 staff members at the hostess stand were indifferent to the purpose of your establishing your business at UTC Mall. So? You decide how you run your business and how to drive sales or your sales drift. And you can only drift one way and that is down hill.

Gift card used but not applied

Basically I had my $75.00 gift card stolen. I was given my check, I gave them my $75 gift card to pay my bill of approx $85 , I also gave the waitress my debt card. The waitress Charged my debit card the entire amount and took my gift card. This may appear to be an accident but in my mind she took the debit card for herself. Yesterday I saw 3 managers at the Boca Raton Seasons 53, the assistant Managers were very pleasant and promised to correct the situation and they would compensate me for my time and inconvenience. Well then the manager got involved, the situation has not been resolved, a credit was supposed put in but gave me nothing to even show the transaction and no compensation offered. I have been coming there for many years and this situation has put such a bad taste in my mouth I will never go back Steven Appel

A manager supposed to send me a gift card and I never received it

I celebrate there for my birthday and it was an awful experience . My lobster tail was burnt I almost tripped my teeth trying to eat it it was also cold I wanted my tab as soon as possible I had to wait over an hour just for that

Odd practices

I enjoy season 52 very much. However todays visit was a little wierd.

Our server needs some more experience. I waited 5 minutes for an ice tea spoon, five minutes to clear a small plates from the table as to open up additional space. 50% of a servers job is doing it the way you want it. The other 50% is enhancing their skills to a higher level as to become known as a fine server and increase tips.

My main complaint is petty to you, but important to me.

#1.

You need long handle common "ice tea spoons"

#2 you need white granulated sugar in small packets.

How a restaurant can make decisions to not have these two items is beyond my comprehension.

Otherwise I love your seasons 52. Whomever the employee was who came up with this idea and then implemented it was thinking way too far outside the box.

I was served spoiled food. This was confirmed by others in my group. They offer to give me something else, but by that time I was totally turned off. What's more, I believe that they actually knew that the food was no good. If i don't get sick, then they probably won't see me again
